ssjili Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the ssjili Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ssjili Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the ssjili Platform and must not create or use an Account.

To be eligible to register and use the ssjili Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law governing online gaming. ssjili will not knowingly allow any person under 21 years of age to create an Account or participate in Real Money Games.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your location.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from ssjili or from any other gambling platform under a cross-exclusion programme recognised by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Not excluded by court order or regulation: You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory decision, or guardianship arrangement that restricts your capacity to enter into financial transactions or gambling agreements.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must be acting solely on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any other person or entity.

ssjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

Each eligible individual may open only one Account on the ssjili Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify ssjili immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ssjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your Account — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• You must not create an Account on behalf of any other person.

ssjili is required by applicable regulations and its own anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and upon any transaction that triggers a regulatory threshold. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You are required to complete KYC verification by providing the following documentation when requested:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Driver's Licence, or Philippine Passport);
• A clear, recent selfie photograph holding the same identification document; and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where requested.

ssjili reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal processing will be suspended until KYC verification is completed to ssjili's satisfaction. Providing false, forged, or misleading KYC documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

ssjili supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in USDT). Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are published on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within the Platform and are subject to change.

Deposits: All deposits into your ssjili Account are credited to your wallet balance for use in Real Money Games only. Deposits cannot be reversed once credited. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any criminal activity and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made by fully KYC-verified Account holders. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, for AML compliance purposes.
• ssjili targets a processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts withdrawing to GCash or PayMaya. Actual processing times may vary due to payment network conditions beyond ssjili's control.
• ssjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• If ssjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation, it may delay or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation.

ssjili offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and periodic special promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified at the time the bonus is awarded. Wagering requirements must be met before any Bonus Fund balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game categories will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time limits: Each bonus has an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus Funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active per Account at any given time, unless ssjili explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Eligibility: ssjili reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion and to exclude or withdraw any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy that ssjili determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through low-risk offsetting bets, use of multiple Accounts, or systematic withdrawal of Bonus Funds without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and may result in Account suspension.
• VIP program: The ssjili VIP program terms, including tier advancement criteria, cashback rates, and benefit structures, are detailed in the VIP section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ssjili reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to active Accounts with wagering requirements in progress.

All games available on the ssjili Platform — including slot titles, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each respective game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail for the purposes of that specific game only.

ssjili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited by third-party technical testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers operating from certified studio environments with high-definition camera feeds accessible to all players.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are accurate figures provided by the game provider and verified through the relevant certification process.
• ssjili does not alter, manipulate, or influence game outcomes in any way beyond the standard mathematical parameters set by the certified game provider.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during any game or bet, ssjili's decision regarding the resolution of affected bets shall be final, subject to review of available system logs.
• Bets and wagers accepted during a clearly visible technical error — including but not limited to incorrect odds display or malfunctioning game mechanics — are void and will be refunded to your Account.

ssjili is committed to responsible gaming and to the protection of its players, including those who may be vulnerable to problem gambling. ssjili complies with the responsible gaming framework applicable under Philippine regulatory requirements, including measures aligned with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines.

ssjili provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts within their Account settings.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request temporary Account suspension for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days via the Account settings panel or by contacting support.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the ssjili Platform may request permanent self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-excluded Accounts will be closed and balances returned subject to identity verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating, accessing, or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including live poker or sportsbook betting;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks on deposits processed through any payment method;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where the Player is subject to international sanctions, or where the Player's access would cause ssjili to violate applicable law;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at ssjili staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content on the ssjili Platform — including but not limited to the ssjili brand name, logo, website design, text content, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the property of ssjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of the Republic of the Philippines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ssjili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ssjili content;
• Create derivative works based on any ssjili content;
• Use any ssjili brand name, trademark, or logo in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any ssjili software.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ssjili's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

ssjili shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill;
• Loss or corruption of data arising from use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond ssjili's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network failures, or acts of God;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ssjili reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• ssjili has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred;
• ssjili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• Suspicious transaction activity triggers an AML investigation;
• The Account holder is found to have provided false or misleading information;
• The Account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period;
• ssjili determines that continuing to provide services to that Account poses a legal, reputational, or regulatory risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms violation or suspected fraud, ssjili reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the player's request or for reasons not involving misconduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ssjili's 24/7 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any positive withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

ssjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with ssjili and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles at ssjili include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for providing Platform services, complying with regulatory obligations, and preventing fraud;
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls;
• Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;
• KYC documents are retained for the minimum period required by applicable Philippine AML regulations.

ssjili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — ssjili will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ssjili, you are encouraged to first contact ssjili's support team via the Platform's live chat to seek an informal resolution. ssjili will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable time.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits ssjili's right to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ssjili with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the same subject matter.
